Day Twelve: Well I didn’t expect following a daily schedule would require summoning such an abundance of discipline. As the days progress I am slowly finding my footing in the day to day life of an entrepreneur. I am learning to forgive myself for not precisely following a set schedule. I am learning to value my productivity at the pace I have set for myself. I am releasing my creativity and building my brand and that is not accomplished overnight.
I am pleased to report there is absolutely nothing routine or mundane about my new found freedom. Everyday has been filled with the anticipation of expecting the unexpected, rather than the anticipation of quitting time and the dread of repeating it all in the morning. I have to remind myself daily that I am on a journey, my own journey, and that journey will never look like another’s path. I am my own journey.
